Message from Junior Class Sponsor - Lanell Trussell
Prom was a great success! I want to thank all the business and individuals who donated money and gifts for our door prizes. Thank you to the teachers and staff who came to help us celebrate and stayed to help me sponsor the dance. I am so grateful to the junior class who pitched in to set everything up and decorate, and showed up Sunday afternoon to help with the cleanup. You are an awesome group for young men and ladies.
Parents/Guardians of 3rd-5th grade:
On Wednesday, May 23 at 1:00 there will be a presentation at the auditorium about drugs and fentanyl.
The presenters are The 1:11Project. They are a group of people fighting back against fentanyl. They provide fentanyl poisoning awareness and resources to impact the future of our youth.
There will be an interactive activity with skittles and a power point presentation about the dangers of drugs that may even look like candy.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Together, with the community, we can raise awareness about the dangers of drugs so that no lives are stolen.
If you do not want your child to attend, please sign the note that was sent home with your student and return to school.
