On Monday, April 24, Nicolas Tellez was awarded the Odessa College Award of Excellence for his high quality work in Criminal Justice courses.
On May 13, Nic will be graduating, along with 8 other classmates, with his Associates Degree in General Studies from Odessa College. Upon graduating Rankin High School, Nic plans to attend Angelo State University majoring in Criminal Justice in hopes of becoming a Defense Attorney or an Agent in the Behavioral Analysis Unit.

Red Devils win Regional UIL Academic Championship!!!
Several students punched their ticket to State over the weekend. Here's the results from this weekend:
Jr. Renteria - 4th place in Computer Applications
Blake Bunger - 6th place in Computer Science
Macey Knard - 5th place in Copy Editing
Jesselle Marquez - 4th place in Headline Writing
Jr. Eufracio - 6th place in Number Sense
Tucker Kimbrough - 4th place in Persuasive Speaking
