Paraprofessionals are the backbone of education. They are the unsung heroes who spend their days assisting teachers and students in many different ways. They give of themselves and rarely ask for much in return. They are here to serve our students in whatever way possible. Today is Paraprofessional Appreciation Day and we can not express enough gratitude to these hard working individuals. We are so thankful for each one of them!

In Reading class, Rankin First Graders are learning about the American Revolution. Today, our little historians had a very special visit from General George Washington. He told the First Graders all about his time as the General of the Continental Army. Mrs. Epperson was so thankful that General Washington took some time away from his troops to enlighten her First Graders. Little Devils love to learn!
