The HS TMSCA students have been gearing up for state competition. These students participated in a practice meet in McCamey on January 28. The Red Devils finished with 1st Place Team in Calculator Applications and brought home many awards. The following students participated in one or more events: David Bunger JJ Caudle Nikko Delgado Jr. Eufracio Nathan Gaddis Ayame Jackson Tucker Kimbrough Nic Tellez Morgan Tubbs Jaxon Wyatt These students continue to work hard each day. Mrs. Wyatt, Mrs. Gibson, Mrs. Kimbrough and Mrs. Jones are looking forward to great things from these wonderful students as they continue to excel in academic competitions and prepare to compete at the state TMSCA meet at UTSA on March 18.

The JH TMSCA students have been gearing up for state competition. These students participated in a practice meet at Rankin on February 11. Seven schools and over 200 students competed in Number Sense (NS), Calculator Applications (CA), Mathematics (MA) and Science (SC) contests. The Red Devils finished with 1st Place Team in Calculator Applications defeating Ozona, Crane, Pecos, Big Springs Intermediate, Big Springs JH and Sweetwater. Individuals placing were: Hunter Amthor: 6th NS Bernardo Eufracio: 9th CA Kyden Gee: 3rd MA Kyina Gee: 1st in CA, 12th MA Chase Gerick: 8th NS, 7th CA Kayin Hanna: 3rd CA,9th MA Austin Hostetter: 10th NS, 5th CA Daymond McAnaugh, Jr.: 4th SC Matthew Ramos: 7th CA, 2nd SC These students continue to work hard each day. Mrs. Wyatt, Mrs. Gibson and Mrs. Jones are looking forward to great things from these wonderful students as they continue to compete in qualifying meets in hopes of bringing home many awards at the state meet on April 1 at UTSA.
