Due to availability of officials for the varsity game this Friday a time change had to be made. The Rankin varsity football team will now play Springlake Earth at 4:00 p.m. The game will still take place this Friday, September 3, in Borden County. Alternative plans for the JV team are in the works at this time and will be announced as soon as they are confirmed. Rankin ISD thanks you for your support during this continuing difficult time and as always, remember we are Red Devils!

School Holiday - Monday, September 6th
Rankin ISD Campuses and Offices will be closed on Monday, September 6th in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.
Classes will resume Tuesday, September 7th at their regular time. If you have any questions, please contact your student's campus principal.

Due to an unfortunate scheduling conflict with the host site, Thursday’s JV and Varsity Football games have been rescheduled to Friday, September 3rd in Borden County.
This means that the early release day scheduled for Thursday, September 2nd will be moved to Friday, September 3rd. Changing an early release day is not an easy decision but due to the lack of staff/personnel available to teach on Friday afternoon the decision to release early has been made.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope everyone enjoys the head start to their Labor Day Weekend.

Information on Football & Volleyball Shirts
Message we just received from Gandy Ink (our shirt vendor):
It has become increasingly difficult to get garments due to nationwide shortages, and our workforce is fluctuating day-to-day, therefore reducing our capacity here and there, and just the sheer volume of orders coming in this past week.
I am shooting for getting the Volleyball shirts shipped NDA on Mon to arrive on Tue for that game and the football there on Wed 9/1 for next week’s JV and Var game days.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and parents etc. I know things are crazy all over these days!
