The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Jr Pitmaster Competition did not disappoint this weekend! Such a fun time with this crew of kiddos and sponsors!! And the best part was each team came home with a banner!! All while battling the cold and misty weather and 42 other teams!

Devil Que-Ts: Monse Presas, Katrina Prewozniak and Arley Selman placed 6th in Ribs

Mrs. Kimbrough's Physics Class is studying kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy. They designed an experiment to calculate for both. Students used motion detectors to determine velocity, triple beam balances to determine mass, and rulers to measure height. (They used triple beam balances because our frictionless cars are too heavy for our super sensitive electric scales.) These students are off to a great start this term!!
