
At last night’s School Board meeting, Rankin ISD proudly honored Jerry Jackson for his 9 years of distinguished service on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Jackson’s dedication, leadership, and vision have made a lasting impact on our students, staff, and community. We are deeply grateful for his commitment to excellence in education and his unwavering support of Rankin ISD throughout the years.

Also at last night’s School Board meeting, Rankin ISD proudly recognized the Rankin ISD One Act Play cast and director for an outstanding season and their incredible accomplishment of placing 4th at the State One Act Play competition.
A special congratulations to Asa Allison for being named to the All-Star Cast!
Director, Trent VanMeter spoke at the meeting and shared how proud he was of the cast and their achievement of making it to the state competition. He also expressed that while reaching state was a tremendous accomplishment, his goal for next year is to bring home a State Championship.
We are so proud of all of our One Act Play cast members and directors for their hard work, dedication, and the way they represented Rankin ISD on the state stage!
