PK-Sophia Martinez: Sophia comes to class every day with the best attitude, ready to work and play. She is kind to all of her classmates, participates in every activity, and takes great pride in her work. She is a great role model for her peers and a joy to have in class.
PK-Oscar Godinez: Oscar started school knowing very little English. He has worked hard this year to learn English to communicate with his peers. He has made great strides in both PreK skills and English as a second language. He works hard in class and wears a smile everyday! He is a great pleasure to have in class.
JH—Taysen Norwood: Taysen comes into class each day with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He is always willing to help or do whatever I need him to do. Taysen has gained so much confidence this year. I have watched him become a math student who believes in himself, and I have watched him transform from a player to a leader on the basketball court. He is a great kid with a great personality. Taysen is such a great kid and student. He can recognize when he makes a mistake and he owns up to it. He is always willing to help. Taysen shows up every day ready to work. He has improved so much throughout this year in reading! He is always so respectful, and quick to do whatever is asked.
HS—Landon Reed: Landon is always positive. He is helpful to fellow classmates, and you will catch him holding the door for everyone when the occasion arises. Landon is extremely polite and always offers a helping hand to me and his classmates. He always goes above and beyond on his assignments, including putting his talents to use for all teachers, making personalized name signs to practice his skills. Landon is always a happy go lucky student, genuinely glad to see you and is always willing to help. He is always so polite and mannerly, participates in class discussions, helps others, and gives his best effort on everything he does in class and outside of class. He is always willing to help. He holds the doors at lunch for everyone, always with a smile on his face. He is one who tries and gives his best even when it is not easy.
Teacher of the Month-Coach Wyatt: I would like to recognize Coach Wyatt for his outstanding dedication to our students and our campus. Coach Wyatt consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of instruction and student support. His classroom is a place where high expectations and high levels of encouragement go hand in hand. With an unwavering positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for science, he creates an engaging learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, critical thinking is strengthened, and students feel confident in their ability to succeed.
