Guiding Red Devils from high school to their future success.

At Rankin High School, Mrs. Skaggs provides academic advising to help students successfully navigate their high school years and prepare for life after graduation. She assists students with creating four-year plans, selecting courses that meet Texas graduation requirements, and understanding how to read and track their own transcripts. Mrs. Skaggs also guides students through TSI testing, dual credit opportunities with Odessa College, and supports them with scholarship applications, financial aid, and college and career planning. Academic advising at Rankin is more than scheduling—it is about empowering students to recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and build a clear pathway to future success.
