Rankin ISD will be hosting a flu vaccine clinic provided by Rankin County Hospital District.
Date: November 16ᵗʰ
Time: 1pm-3pm Location: CMA/CNA classroom
The flu vaccine will be administered at school for those students and staff who wish to
participate. To receive the vaccine, the attached forms must be completed, signed, and returned to the school no later than November 9th.
If there are multiple children in your household, forms for each child must be filled out.
