Graduation will take place at Red Devil Stadium on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 8:30 p.m. In case of rain, the ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 6th, 2020 at 8:30 p.m.
Be advised, this permission is subject to change as underlying public health conditions change. The plan below meets the graduation guidelines set forth by the governor and Texas Education Agency.
Each graduate will receive 20 guest tickets (5 on the field and 15 in the stands). Each ticket will have a medical questionnaire on the backside. Tickets will be available for pick up in person at the high school office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., starting on Monday, June 1st through Thursday, June 4th.
A total of 250 general admission tickets will be available for pick up from the high school office in person at the high school office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., starting on Monday, June 1st through Thursday, June 4th. These tickets will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All guests will be required to present ticket and complete the medical questionnaire on the back of the ticket in order to determine whether or not access into the stadium may be granted.
All guest will be required to enter stadium at their assigned gate. Gate information will be printed on the ticket.
Seating for the graduates’ guests will be marked “reserved”. All general seating will be first-come, first-serve.
Family groups should be limited to 5 with 6 feet of spacing between each group. Please practice social distancing at all times.
Please stay with your family group. Children should stay with their family at all times.
There should be no congregating between groups before or after the ceremony. Groups should take the nearest exit following the recessional.
Rankin ISD recommends that all employees, students, or other visitors wear cloth face coverings (over the nose and mouth) while attending the ceremony, or if they will come within 6 feet of another person who is not a member of that person’s household, except when photos are taken.
